9 Full-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description To provide support to HVAC&R mechanics, electricians, and plumbers, with installations and repairs, and to perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent required.
Graduate of an accredited trade school or 3 years experience in the mechanical trades required.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver's license required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Job Duties:
Install and maintain commercial wiring and electrical devices.
Work with single-phase and three-phase circuits.
Troubleshoot and maintain plumbing fixtures.
Perform preventative maintenance on all mechanical systems.
Order materials as necessary and required.
Assure a safe environment by being safety conscientious, having knowledge of safety standards and using good safety practices.
All other duties as assigned by management.
Location:
KidsPeace Corp MAINTENANCE-ORCHARD-19216 Schedule:
Full Time, Primarily M-F with additional hours & weekends as needed.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
