Hiring Event Tuesday, July 25th 10AM - 6PM 4085 Independence Drive Schnecksville, PA 18078 We are seeking staff to work with at-risk youth.
We take pride in our structured program that focuses on changing a client's behaviors, thinking patterns, and values.
Our program primarily focuses on implementing behavioral changes to assist with a successful reintegration into the home, family, and community.
We are interviewing for the following positions for the Orefield, PA campus:
Youth Support (MHT) - FT/PT 3PM-11PM OR 11PM-7AM (weekends required) $16.
50-$20.
00 Providing direct supervision and direction to emotionally and behaviorally challenged children and adolescents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
This includes requiring an unwavering commitment to the safety of kids and being aware of all ongoing developments and concerns, on a daily basis, of all children in their care.
This responsibility also includes demonstrating the ability to distinguish between discipline and punishment as well as seeing past a child's surface behavior to recognize the children in need of help.
Clinician - Masters Level (Non-licensed and licensed) Provides individual and family therapies to clients in our residential setting.
$5,000 sign on bonus for full time clinicians! Monday through Friday Starts at $53,000 Special Education Teachers Provide education for KidsPeace students in a highly structured and safe environment.
Also, where applicable, provide supervision of the classroom teacher aide.
Monday through Friday Starts at $40,000
All positions require staff to be at least 21 years of age with a valid, active driver's license.
